HD, an Indianapolis employee benefits advisory firm, announced today the hire of five staff members. The staffing investment is the direct result of the company’s growth in its population health division. Population health is an emerging field that combines data-driven knowledge about the health and habits of employee populations and targeted health improvement strategies. These strategies are designed to improve overall health outcomes of employee populations and drive down medical claim expense for both employers and employees.
